You can donate generally, select one of the programme areas which you want to support, or specify a particular item.


  • 1 Literacy and integration of deaf
  • 2 Promotion of reading and use of acquired knowledge
  • 3 Functional literacy
  • 4 Inter-active expositions on environment

Specific support:

  • • Scholarship for one deaf child per year € 93 (€ 744 for complete course of 8 years)
  • • Education materials and stationaries for one foyer per year € 200
  • • Training of monitors of deaf in sign language € 1.525 per course (covering 6 weeks training for 8 monitors)
  • • Construction of a ‘foyer for deaf’ € 10.000 per foyer(one ‘foyer’ provides for an enrolment capacity of 8 to 12 deaf pupils)

A ‘foyer’ for deaf can be built on its own site or be integrated in an existing primary school

Fiscal advantage :

The Kemper Foundation has an ‘ANBI’ certificate (Institution serving a general public utility). In this respect donors can reduce their donation from fiscal obligations.
